A vendor spot is 10’ x 10’ and a pop up style tent is required. No larger tents will be accepted. Vendors may request the adjoining spots if a larger area is needed. The fee for each 10’ x 10’ spot is free for Rescues or 501c3 orgs. Vendors will not tear down before the end of the event. Banners may not be hung in a manner that blocks spectators or participants. No merchandise may be sold without approval from Cindy’s Pets. No “hard selling”. If Cindy’s Pets receives complaints about over-aggressive pushing of products, samples, memberships etc., you may be asked to leave. All tents must be properly secured regardless of wind conditions and/or forecasts. By submitting this application, the vendor waives all claims and assumes full responsibility for injuries, damages or losses that may occur.
